With over 20 years of experience keeping businesses running smoothly, and more than a decade managing small businesses of my own, I’ve seen first-hand what it really takes to build something from the ground up.
I’ve run my own beauty business and, more recently, been the director of a construction company alongside my husband. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of the realities of business ownership—the long hours, the constant juggling, and the pressure that comes with trying to do everything yourself.
